How to solve three common problems in daily use of CNC cutting machines?

1、 Interruption knife during work process
It is believed that knife breakage is relatively common in panel furniture equipment failures. If the knife breaks, the work will be interrupted, and changing the knife requires a lot of time. So what caused the knife to break?
1. The quality of the knife is poor, and there is a significant price difference between high-quality and low-quality knives. When inferior cutting tools encounter resistance, they are easily broken.
2. The speed is too fast. Although the configuration of the cutting machine is high, it can work quickly at the preset speed. The cutting tools cannot withstand the speed of the machine, so tool breakage often occurs. Secondly, if the board is of poor quality and there are impurities in the middle, problems often arise during rapid cutting. So it is necessary to use tools well, set appropriate working speeds, use qualified boards, and try to avoid tool breakage as much as possible. If the wear is severe, replace the tools in a timely manner.
2、 Accessories such as spindle motor and servo motor are burnt out
This problem is usually caused by unstable voltage in the circuit. Some devices consume too much power and have low voltage, causing accessories to burn out. Suggest buying a voltage regulator to solve the problem.
3、 Track damage
Track damage is often caused by not regularly adding lubricating oil or not cleaning the debris on the track in a timely manner. After using the cutting machine during work breaks, clean the debris inside the track and pay attention to regularly adding lubricating oil to the track.
